Hi! we are Jim and Gina Sumislaski.  Married in 1986, lives in South Florida specifically  Delray Beach (1986 – 1995) and Boca Raton  (1995 – present).  We met at Merrimack College (Go Warriors!) in 1982. We have two sons, Zachary (UF Engineering Masters in 2022, Go Gators!) and Matthew (USF, BS in Finance 2023, Go Bulls!).  Jim, originally from New York, is a retired civil engineer that was a Principal of Kimley-Horn and Associates specializing in Transportation Design. Gina, originally from Boston, is a CPA, whose career took her from Public Accounting with PWC to being CFO of a few international businesses. Gina successfully retired in 2021.

This site is simply a way for us to “journal the journey” while allowing family and friends to keep up with us. Also, its a chance for making new friends who may want ideas for planning for their own journey.
